Partner Disclosure
Where money moves between Eterna and its partners.
Members deserve to understand the commercial relationships behind a curated network. This page sets out, in plain language, what Eterna does and does not receive from the partners we list.
Member rates
Every partner in our directory has agreed a member rate. The discount belongs to the member and is taken directly from the partner’s gross fee at the point of purchase.
Anchor partnerships
A small number of providers are designated anchor partners. Anchor partners pay an annual sponsorship contribution to Eterna in exchange for a featured placement and a co-developed member protocol. Anchor partnerships are disclosed on the partner’s directory entry and never alter the clinical recommendations we make to individual members.
Commissions and kickbacks
Eterna does not accept per-referral commissions, per-prescription bonuses, or any other transactional payment from any partner. We do not act as an agent of any clinic.
Editorial independence
Inclusion in the directory and inclusion in the Journal are editorial decisions made by Eterna and are not for sale. A partner that pays for an anchor sponsorship can lose its directory listing on any of the same grounds that an unpaid partner can: a fall in clinical standards, a fall in member experience, or a change in fit.
