This is a placeholder set of membership terms. They must be reviewed by counsel before launch.

Membership

Membership of the Eterna Longevity Collective is annual and personal. Membership begins on the date your application is accepted and continues for twelve months. Membership is not transferable.

Fees

Annual membership fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. Tier prices are listed on the Membership page and may be revised on renewal with reasonable notice.

The Network

Eterna curates a directory of independent providers. Eterna is not a clinic and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All medical relationships are between the member and the partner provider. Member rates are agreed with partners but are subject to availability.

Termination

Eterna may terminate a membership at any time if a member acts in a way that is inconsistent with the standards of the collective, with prorated refund of any unused annual portion.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
